Shipping & Returns 

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

To keep you informed about the progress of your order, you can check the status and track your order from the email confirming the shipment of your order.

All orders once shipped could take 2-5 business days to be delivered from the first tracking movements.

Refund + Return

We want you to love your Zayat products, as much as we loved making them! If you’re not satisfied 100%, please contact us at hello@zayatbeauty.com with your order number and the products you’d like to exchange and return, and we’ll be happy to take care of it.

For unopened orders, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase so we can best assist. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

For opened products, we offer 15% discount toward your next order within 30 days of purchasing. Contact us and we’ll help you find something you love!

All returns must be proceeded within 14 days of your order date.
